Speaking to a customer service rep is not an option. Eventhough they say it in the message when you call the number, the option never is given. I made two transactions online and both were declined. My fault, did not regester. After registration, funds were never reapplied to balance. Declined 4/2 check balance 4/5 funds still missing. Can't speak to anyone at the phone number.
