Terrible service!

I purchased a phone for my mother, and bought a phone that cost $100.00. The lady who sold it to me stated if she didn't like the service that I could bring it back within 30 days. My mother travels alot and tried using the phone, she had no service in many of the areas that she travels daily. She tried setting up the voicemail and couldn't do it either which used minutes! After having it only 7 days. She returned it to get a refund. They would not refund her money becuase they said she had used it 42 minutes!!! Even though it was only 7 days! I am so unhappy with this company and will never use or suggest them to anyone. Too many dead zones and customer service is the pitts! The manager actually left while in the middle of telling my mother all of this! And she only suggested letting them sell the phone and keeping money again!
