Fifth Call on Hold About the Same Upgrade Appointment

Direct TV has done enormous damage to the American public and consumers.

I am on hold again about the same upgrade appointment, for the fifth time! How does the FCC, the Attorney General's office, or any governing authority let this company operate?

The next time I am on hold for 45 minutes to hear the same old thing will be the last.
