Ordered a one time CD/Book on Grants for Individuals for price of 3.95. But now as I go through my bank account they ripped me off on seven different occassions in the amount of $29.95

I ordered a CD/Book on Grants that were available for Individuals. FOr the small fee of $3.95 I ordered the CD. I never received the CD, but was charged. I contacted them via the number they had on their website and they sent out the CD/book. Didn't help me at all in finding grants that were available for individuals going through hard times. My son at the time was doctoring at the Mayo Clinic in ROchester, MN for a brain tumor; my husband had just gone through an emergency triple by-pass heart surgery; and my daughter was six months pregnant. I needed some financial assistance.

I soon found out that the Grant Search Asst. Was a big joke. They scamed me out of over $200.00 by withdrawing from my personal account. This has really upset me, knowing that there are people out there that are so inconsiderate and rude.
Now I am in a bigger bind now.
Thanks for NOTHING!
