Despite of the name or the service they will offer (loan modification or timeshare advertisement) the trick is always the same. They will ask you to pay upfront fee and as soon as they get your payment you will not be able to speak with them any longer. You'll be living voice messages and no one will return your call. They may tell you that they have nothing to with business old name here. They operated under new name.
As per the services you have paid for: you'll never get them.

They frequently change the name to offset the bad BBB complaints and Rip off Reports. They will come up with new name to get some new victims. They may tell you that they The address, the phones, the business owner stays the same.

Stay away from these people. You don't need to pay upfront for their services wither loan modification or timeshare sale. This is scam and you are going to lose your money.
