ATM and Credit Card SCAM still going on

Found an unknown and unaithorized charge on my current bank statement from KCSOFTLLC.com for $9.95. I did a quick search on Google and found that this has been going on for a few years and that complaint has had many reports filed already. These people are probably pretty well off by now.
Is there any way to stop them?
