Filed a fraudulent charge to my credit card

I saw a charge on my credit card that I did not make I had paid it off so when I saw this charge it jumped out at me. When I searched the named "complaint" came up. I see that charging these small amounts to peoples credit cards is their line of work. They should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!
