Letter of appreciation and Commendation.

We commend the Castle Windows and the employees they hire to do their installations. We had windows installed at our home on July 25th. The two workmen performed the work in an excellent manner while they worked at our home. Most noteworthy were the conditions that they worked under. The heat and humid weather was most unbearable, and in addition to the weather a bee or hornets nest was discovered in the shrubs near a window that was to be replaced and of course this created a threat to them.

Their attitude, professionalism, and overall demeanor is rare to find these days, and as we are completely satisfied with the windows, we are especially more than satisfied in the manner in which they were installed.

Again we commend them both for a job so well done.
