Customer Service? Ha. What a joke!

The man I spoke to was completely rude. I had called regaurding an orthopedic bed for my husband. I just wanted to ask a few questions pertaining to the equipment and whether or not they take some sort of percentage off for insurance. The Man was totally obnoxious and ignorant, he started gving me attitude and said to call someone else in your area that we dont want your business, I thought this was a shipping company that delivers throughout the United States, but the Man didnt care and then he hung up on me. I have never been so treated the way that man has spoken to me. I called back. And he picked up again with an attitude sayin: What do you want. We dont want your services'!! I said I wanted to speak to someone in charge and he said" you already have so bye"!! I couldnt believ it, it seems as though this is a family business. Who thrives on making thier customers happy, Well I am a customer and I was definitely not a happy one. Please if anyone reads this. Think twice of this compnay they are obviously not appreciative enough to except ours!!
