On 12-17 my fiancé purchased a phone from EBAY from a buyer/company who goes by the name of: bidallies. I’ve been speaking with a guy by the name of Jay D. At 718-874-2085. This phone was given to me as a gift for Christmas.

On 2-2 we contacted the seller and informed him of the phone malfunctioning. The problem with this phone, the phone didn’t ring. Another phone was sent by them as a replacement. On 2-22 we encountered yet another problem with the replacement. The problem, we tried using the stylus pen that comes with the phone and the screen went haywire. We could never get it aligned. Then we tried to use the volume button on the side of the phone and that sent the screen into having a mind of it’s own. That phone was sent back and another was sent. On 3-22 he was contacted yet again for the 3rd time of the replacement phone that was sent out. The problem with this phone is: The phone came on once, then it powered off all by itself. Now the phone doesn’t even come on.

I’ve been in contact with Jay D. At bidallies on 3-26 @ 10:59 A.M., and he flat out said that he’s not refunding my money.

Given his track record and reports from the internet his credit rating is poor. Not only that but the BBB (Better Business Bureau) has given him an unsatisfactory rating as well.in just one month he has 20 negative comments on his record.

This is terrible to do people like this. I enjoy very much shopping online but people like him have discouraged me from doing so. We paid for a phone that we thought we were going to be able to use and it’s been nothing but a nightmare.

As previously mentioned I told him that I would be sending the phone back this weekend and thanked him for taking our money. Not only are we out of a phone but we are out of $134.95. Me sending back this phone will cost us another $7.00 which brings the total shipping of sending this phone back ALONE to $28.00.

I hope something can be done about this because this is flat out NOT RIGHT.

He’s a rip off and there’s no telling how many other people he’s done like this.
