This company gaurentee's to give "top dollar"... Yea RIGHT!!! I sent a 10 yr old $9,000.00 engagement ring. It was a 1 carat diamond with a wrap with 18 baby diamonds in it. It was appraised at $3,500.00 by a reputable jeweler in the Corning, NY area that doesnt buy used diamonds. Goldpaq gave me $68.29 for a ring that was much more valuable... UGH!!! A total RIP OFF!!! When I tried getting the ring back and return the money, i was told that they couldnt do that. I proceeded to tell them it was Bull* and that they were scam artists. Of course they argued... Do research before doing anything like this. They are all scams!!! They should be reported to the BBB and shut down.
