I just read this story. My oh My! My prayers and thoughts are with you. This company used me and threw me away with NO thoughts after I became unable to "put the hammer down". This woman IS entitled to all she is seeking and I pray to the lord that she gets everything and much, much more! When my report showed up on the Workman's Comp Court list, I had a multitude of attorneys mailing me. I've chosen one, right in Omaha, who has had head-to-head dealings with Werner. So, if I were able, and not knowing I can, would STRONGLY suggest contacting one with the initials AB. Collect the receipt from the truck stop, ask for surveillance camera film and any other that the rebuttal suggested and, like many others are trying to do, nail their light blue asses. I wish you luck and DO NOT give up!
