Tristar Products Co ripoff ripoff fraud business cashed check in feb. Keeps telling me in process of shipping. Wallingford Connecticut...

I ordered two pasta pot express on 01/17/03. I sent them a check for full amount of purchase. The check was cashed then i received a card on 03/24/03 stating my shipment would be in 30 days. The card said if you do not want to wait you may return this card and your order will be cancelled. It also stated if i returned the card which i did the same day i would receive a prompt refund ha ha.

I called the one jerk said it was shipped out 04/02/03
when i did'nt receive it i called today 04/15/03 and the
other jerk said it was not shipped but it was in processing and they could not send me a refund. I just can't understand why the postcard that was returned the
same day they say they didn't get in time but they have still not shipped these out.
