I been living at my friend apt since June 12. I paid my portion of the rent and the electricity and she paid her portion as well. Everything have not been fifty, fifty like it was supposed to be. We had a lot of disagreement. Well i had enough of everything so I told her mother (Rosemary Patton) her name is on the lease (my name was not) but her daughter were as well.
(So i didn't really have a saying since my names wasn't on the lease (I was staying there her bf was staying there as well) she told me he was paying a bill but idk if that was certain. Well I told Mrs. Rosemary I was looking for another housing cause this was to much I felt like a outsider. Well the rent not due til Sept 1-3. I wrote the money order on 08/28 and 08/30 she kick me out the apartment. I left a money order at the apartment, I ask for it back and it has not been returned. So I'll like to cancel the money order.
