Getting charged an unauthorized $12 every month for some company I've never heard of

I have been getting charged $12 every month for a long time. I never noticed it before. I called the bank and they gave me a phone number to the "trvl adv", which I called right away. I got a message saying that my call was not able to be answered at the time. I am now calling the Better Business Bureau. I've read about this happening to other people, and I would like to investigate this further.
