OLIVER TURNER, Oliver Talamayan, Rosel Mendoza refused to give me my PayPal money deposited in his PayPal account

I am a newbie freelance writer from the Philippines. Sometime in October I answered a full time writing job ad in the Internet. Few days later, I got a response email from the employer, Oliver Turner.

To make the story, he hired me and I signed a work contract agreement. He introduced me to his sis local "virtual assistant" named Rosel Mendoza. Mr. Mendoza is based in the Philippines.

From then on, we communicated through skype messaging. Most of the time, he communicated with me through voice calls.

In the first few weeks, I enjoyed working for Oliver Turner. We had a good working relationship. He earned my trust.

As my employer, I requested him one day regarding my predicament. I had a previous freelance client who owed me $240. Let me call this employer Bob. Bob was based in the US.

Bob said he could only pay me $240 through PayPal. And sadly, I have no PayPal account.

Since I was working as full time employee for Oliver Turner, I requested Oliver if he would be kind enough to accept a PayPal payment for me in his account. He can then send the PayPal money to me together with my salary.

Oliver Turner agreed.

I emailed Bob the PayPal account where he could send money. (This PayPal account belongs to Oliver Turner). A day later, I got a screenshot of Bob's transaction that showed he just deposited $240 at the PayPal account I furnished him.

Three weeks later, Oliver Turner directed me to write additional articles for his friend. I politely declined. I pointed out to him that as per our agreement, I will only write two articles for him, write blogs, uploads images, and update his website, www.shockingdatingsecrets.com.

Oliver Turner expressed his disappointment with my refusal. As a last resort, I resigned. He accepted my resignation. We parted ways in an amicable positive, professional way.

I reminded him about my PayPal money and Oliver Turner promised to send it " soon". That was November 23.

No payment arrived at his designated date. I communicated with him through skype. Oliver Turner made several alibis. His virtual assistant Rosel Mendoza also emailed me a promise that he would help me get my PayPal money from his boss. But everything were just promises made to be forgotten.

I sent several skype messages to Oliver Turning, asking for my money. Sadly, he no longer answers my email or my skype messages.

Now, I don't know if I can still get back my PayPal money.
