Another Web company Rip-off

I had ordered a nascar item that was a future release date, like Nov. Or Dec. 2008 from this web based company. The item was purchased way back in July and paid with credit card just to be sure that I was one of the first ones to get this nascar item if it becomes a hot seller. When Nov. 2008 came, I was informed that there was a release date delay to the end of February. Here it is March already and still nothing.

Now, come to find out, the web based company is no longer in business. So here I am out of $68.94 and no nascar item was ever shipped or received. I tell you, it really sucks with the economy the way it is and now to top it off of how you can be taken advantage of so easily as to being ripped off!

How can you really trust anyone anymore?

I am getting to the point of not to buy anything online anymore either!
