Totally blindsided from a government directed web page

It would seem im not the only person who has fell victim to this shady website called grantsc.com. I have $120.00 charged and also $17.45 for some other site called pdsurveys.com. After talking with my bank i found out they know all about this company and they also told me grantsc.com passes your info onto there subsidiary sites, how screwed up is that.
I didnt see anything about signing up for adittional payments. I guess what pisses me off the most is that i went through a federal government website and linked to it thinking it must be legit. So i im thinking now that either the government does not check to be sure there linked pages are safe for consumers or there running the scam. Either way its a totall ripoff!
