Ripoff fraudulent ripoff business I'm getting a firewall to stop them

Received an invoice for $15.76 for a service I never contracted for from a company I never heard of.
It turns out to be a company that automatically downloads a program to your computer that dials into a porn web site. A firewall would have prevented this - I am going to get one now!
I refuse to pay this bill!
