Alyon Technologies Fraudulent Charges Do not pay Report them to the authorities Rip-off

On 1/17/03 I received a bill from Alyon for 164.29 for audult web site Internet charges. I never go to adult sites. Anything I buy over the internet is with a credit charge to I can relsove any isue later. I do not remember what I was doing the dy of the charges but did access theri website.

In reading other Alyon complaints I notice a reference to an autodialer that Alyon downloads to your computer someway (iedisco. Exe). Apparently hte auto dialer automatically dials back to Alynon to generate the charges. Pretty slick! I received a charge for 31 minutes. I note that others report being charge for the same time. The autodialer must be set to this time. Apparently a key part of the scheme is that they get your name and address from the phone company (a so called ANI number).

I did not know about this and this is worth learning more about. You are not anonymous on the internet. Anyway I will not be paying this bill and will seek some way for the powers that be to pursue legal action.
