Tried to find out what smartsaving.com is

I do not ever recall agreeing to be billed for this service I never use. I tried to call the 800 number and "Mary" would not give me any info but kept insisting I give her more and more of my personal info. I just want to know what it is, it's only a dollar per month and I thought it was something my husband had bought, but decided to track it down as it keeps coming out. What is it? How do I get it refunded? How do I get a person to answer my questions?
