Placed my order ten days ago. WIsh I would of read this first...! Longwood Florida

I placed my order ten day ago. When I called the phone number on the website (www.eliteextreme.com) they told me they didn't have my order. I printed my pay pal receipt, because they never sent me one, and there was a different name, address and phone number. I called this one and they told me my order was on back order and they could send me something else 2 for 1.By this time, I was already on this website and saw that this was there game. I told him no I would just like a refund. He said no problem but it would probably take a couple of weeks to process. I told him that I had read some negative reports on their company and that I would be filing a claim with paypay if they did not come through on the refund. He started screaming at me and saying I would get my money back and then hung up. Very nice customer service!!! Like my husband always says, you get what you pay for... I wish I would of found these reports before I ordered..
