RIPOFF SCAM Charged in advance for shipment prior to end of 30-day free trial

This was supposed to have been a 30-day free trial, but the company charged me $38.95 for the next shipment before I had even received the trial offer items. I called them and was told they had "charged me in advance just in case I wanted to continue the program in the future..." I went semi-ballistic on their rep and demanded and was given a credit reference # and immediate reversal of the charges and was told they charge would be reversed in "a couple of days" - that was 14 days ago. I called again and told the credit had been issued; when I argued that it had not shown up on my card, the rep said "it's been issued, but it hasn't been processed yet"... And would be processed by "next week" - I told the rep that it better be or I was going to file a complaint with the government... But I think I am going to file a complaint now anyway, without waiting... It is obvious (now - it wasn't in the beginning) that this is a ripoff scam...
