Signed up for a contribution, they continue to charge me each month

I signed up at what I thought was a one time contribution to SADD which is for attention deficite people. Since then, I have been charged 3 more times at $19.00 a month.

I tried calling them first at 1-888-228-2095. The first few times, I got a person speaking Spanish, and when I did not give the correct answers (I am assuming), they hung up.

When I finally got thru, I got the message that they are so busy, they only take communication by email. I tried this twice. Asked for them to contact me when they got my email, as I wished to cancel my contribution at once and possibly get some of my money back. I have received no answer.

I will contact my bank to have this stopped, but am very unhappy with the way they have ignored me and I will not contribute to them again, even if they are trying to do some good for others.
