We hired Mr Bumgarner in Sept. 2006 after I was rear-ended. It took until Sept. 2007 for him to get a check from their insurance company and this is August and we still can't cash the check because he did not get the leins released and he still wants to get paid. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!! He is incompetent!!! OKlahoma
