Charged on my credit card$35.40 and cannot get any results from them

I applied on line fro a gold member with the cost of $35.40 taken from my checking account. I cannot get the information that i requested. I would like to have my account credited with the amount of $53.40. I understand that several people were taken in as i was. I would like to file a complaint against thei company. I am writing a letter to the company just to see what their problem is.
