Shocked, Hurt, Distraught, How would i feed my kids? Anger. Upset MOM

PSE&G is a ver harsh company. They do not care about their customers. PSE&G are ripoffs And u wouldn't even know. PSEG does not charge u for what you used they charge you for what they think you use, sometimes depending on the weather outside. If they come to read
The meter which in my case I have no control over, and no one is there they then estimate.

Not only do they estimate, if u make a late payment they charge us HARDWORKING customers$60-$70. Is that right? In four months my bill made it up to $2,730, how is that possible? I can never get anyone to come read the meter for me to get the right estimate.

Pse&G wants me to pay more than half of the balance and will not even work with me for A $1000 and I have kids. I mentioned to them I have a son that has medical issues,
And needs daily injections which have to be refrigerated. They will not work with me at all. The next reading date they have available is april 9th...

What are me and my family suppose to do now?
Just pay what they say I owe and take food out of my childrens mouth? I am really hurt with how they tried to handle/help my situation.
