Waiting over 4 months for a paid for Garmin Laptop GPS System

This company is a TOTAL RIPOFF! I placed an order and paid with my credit card on November 26. I have e-mailed them many times, asking about the order, and once, they e-mailed me back in late January, stating the product had been backordered, but now was in stock, and I could either get a refund, or the item sent.

I wanted the product, so I said to send it. They STILL haven't sent it! I threatened legal action several times, but no response. I asked for my money back in another e-mail plus my full membership fee returned and sent the e-mail that required digital return, and at that point, a person there said that they would get back to me quickly.

That was over 2 weeks ago, and still NO Response! I sent another e-mail, threatening legal action, and also with a "read receipt" asnd I believe that they just deleted it when they saw it was from me.

This company is a TOTAL FRAUD! They do not reply nor take care of their customers! I wonder how many other people got ripped off by them and fell for their still ongoing request for "New Testers".

They state that you don't have to "be a member" to test any of their products, but nowhere on their site is information to support that statement, Nor is there a phone number to call and register a complaint.

I believe that the company is a TOTAL FRAUD!

Please learn from my mistake of falling for their "membership" and stay FAR AWAY from THIS COMPANY!
