No gift card received, scam with both companies, bank charges

I was phoned with a great incentive of $100 gift card to Walmart, Target. I had to try ID Watch Dog and Auto Rewards for $2.95 handling. They had my bank card number. I received a "paper" to go to Retail rebates, which would not come up on my computer. Then 2 different $2.95 charges came out followed by $19.95,29.95,25.00. When I called I was on hold forever. I did finally get through to cancel, money not refunded. What a total scam. DO NOT fall for it like I did.
