They did not pay me on an investment as promised

The Company: HBVC promised to pay a return of $193.00 on every $10.00 that a person invests in it after nine months. Their ad encourges a person to invest more.in that way, you get to earn more money and so I invested the small sum of $40.00. That was on the 01-07-08 more than a year ago, and I have not received a single penny from them. When I wrote a letter to them; I didn't even get a reply from them. Anybody that's dealing with them would have a better chance of getting money from a casino. Hawk.
