Promised me $2000 a month and have paid out $300 in a year Ripoff

When I was contacted by the company, it was explained mathematically how the return on my investment would yeild a few hundred to a few thousand dollars per month in residual income from several sources. One was an online casino in my name who they cannot provide accountability for. Another was retail affiliates that would send me checks from purchases from my "shopping" website that they would advertise for me (I have received $0 from 14 affiliates). And the third was the network marketing leads I purchased for them to call and sell on their program (much like they called and sold to me).
They told me that their annual average was a 7% sign up rate on the leads that they called and how that would end up meaning hundreds of dollars a month for me on the up front commissions.

I received one check for $300, and each time I waited a few months before calling and complaining again, they would rationalize by saying "it's advertising, these things take time, give it another few months, you'll see" (etc.)

"Advertising" is intangible so I have no receipt for my investment, and they tell me getting my money back is impossible now since the money has been spent. I have no course of action because I cannot prove that they did not uphold their end of the contract.

I gave all that I could at the time—$4500 on top of the couple hundred I spent for the sign up.

I want my promised passive residual income on my advertising budget or I want my entire investment back because I cannot beleive that $4500 invested the way that they promised would yeild $300 in a year.
