Refused to see me on my scheduled appointment that I made 1 month in advance

My boyfriend had purchased me a Devines Spa treatment with 4 visits. He bought this for me for Valentines Day. This certificate has an experation date so I called the phone number to make an appointment and had to leave a message. 48 hours went by so I called again and had to leave another message. Another 48 hours go by with no call back, so the 3rd time I called, I was able to speak with Renee, and when I asked why I didn't receive a call back, she said that they are too busy to return phone calls due to the amount of clients they have received from the certificated that were sold. I told her that was very unprofessional, and that they should return phone calls due to the expiration date. Renee ignored my commet and asked what she could schedule me for so I told her that I wanted to get scheduled for the 1st opening for any of the visits. So I was told that March 20th was the 1st opening so I took it.

Today is March 20th, and I call today to get directions and was told that i didn't have an appointment. Of coures I'm upset, and asked why I was bummped off the schedule, and was told that they didn't ahve to see me due to my attitude, and that they don't have to give a refund because it was a certificate and on the certificate it say's no refunds. I think this is unfair, and unacceptable. This place shouldn't be open for business if this is the way they treat their clients.
