Debited my checking account for a membership which I never purchased! Internet

Shipping essentials debited my checking account for $14.95 in March for a monthly membership, which I never purchased! The debit description had a 1-888 phone number with it so I called them. I was told by one person that I joined thru citibank in September! I told him that I never joined and told him to refund my money and tell his supervisor about this situation. Four days later my money was still not credited to my account so I called again and was told by this person that I joined in February. She said that my so called membership would be cancelled and my money refunded. So I will watch to see if this does happen.
