MSI Credit Solutions - Ignacio Gilbert Perez and their Employees Will Steal Your Money!

Ignacio "Gilbert" Perez is an employee of MSI Credit Solutions that claims to be the president of the company in order to defraud people of their money. I had known Ignacio as a social acquaintance and was contacted by him in July with a proposal for a business deal. Ignacio told me that he needed my help. He stated that his company, MSI Credit Solutions was waiting for a tax refund check to clear the bank and he needed a short-term loan to cover personal expenses. After much prodding, I agreed to loan Ignacio $1814.00 on July 23 to be paid back in full by August 15 with interest. I had Ignacio sign a contract detailing the agreement.

After loaning Ignacio the money, he began harassing me with text messages, phone calls, and instant messages asking for more money. He told me that of I did not loan him an additional $800.00 he would not pay back the $1814.00 he loaned me. Ignacio told me that if I sued him to collect on the loan, MSI Credit Solutions would be able to remove the lien or judgment from his credit history — essentially making him free from any consequences for his failure to repay the loan.

I was under so much stress by Ignacio's harassment I made a bad judgment and loaned him an additional $800.00 thinking it was the only way I would ever see any money. Ignacio used MSI Credit Solutions' credit card machine and charged my credit card an additional $800.00 for this loan. He also promised this loan would be paid in full by August 15. He sent me a written promise via email confirming this agreement.

It was during this time that the emails from Ignacio changed.instead of the email signature stating "Ignacio Perez, President" the signature changed to "Ignacio Perez, Credit Specialist." When I saw this, I knew I was really in trouble - Ignacio was lying about being the president of the company and was only an employee.

After this second loan I also found out that Ignacio Perez called my credit card company pretending to be me and had his name, Ignacio Perez, added to my account as an authorized user. It wasn't until he began harassing the credit card company about making charges without a physical credit card that they realized he was part of a scam. The credit card company immediately closed my account and notified me that Ignacio Perez had been harassing them and claiming to be me.

I have tried for many months to get Ignacio Perez to pay the debt that he owes me. He has not. At times, he will even claim that he did pay me back and then the next day he will agree to make payments or pay in full by "Friday" and never has followed through. He will also claim to be judgment proof because of his association with MSI Credit Solutions.

Ignacio Perez has used his employment at MSI Credit Solutions combined with his lies to defraud me out of $2614.00. I was caught up in a scam and my finances has suffered as a result. I thought I was helping someone and now I am unable to pay my credit card bill.
