Rsticos El Batn This company took my money and didn't deliver all of my ordered Furniture, Internet

I had ordered a full 53 foot truck load of furniture from this company,

I had many problems with the owner Eugenio Gomez Martinez. From the start he wanted me to send more money, he would always say he was sick and not know the progress of my order.

After waiting 38 days past the agreed on date for my furniture, it arrived.

After unloading the truck we found may pieces missing.
I contacted Eugenio who said he didn't know what I was talking about. A couple days later I received a email stating that my items were placed on a different truck.
He said he would pay for another truck to deliver them to me. So as time passed I couldn't get a straight answer from Eugenio as to when my items would ship, we wont even go into the items I did receive that were not made to the pics or measurements that I had sent, or the cowhide goods that have brand marks on them.

He told me people in Texas like the brand marks, well I live in California and I paid for the furniture.

So now after a month of going back and forth with Eugenio I emailed a him and said I was flying down.
That was the last time I heard from him, and when I call his cell or the factory his employee Oliver Minutti answers and always lies and says that he well be right back.

So now I am out of over $3500 US dollars and Eugenio is on vacation.

I have contacted numerous Mexican government agencies who handle problems like this and hopefully he well get dealt with. I have also contacted the company that host his web site hoping to shut it down for fraud, it is located in the US.

Do not deal with this guy at all he has many different company names and it looks like he started in Spain and moved to Mexico.

He has these company names San-ignacio-rusticos.com, Rusticos del valle SA de CV, and Rsticos El Batn.
He also has ripped off a company from Canada in the same manner as me. And there is another report on here for him from a man in Los Angeles. There are many people in Mexico who would love American clients, this guy just want to steal and rip you off.
