I purchased items on Feb 16th and i reciveved the wrong item and dead flowers in good faith i aggreed to let them send me another item to try and correct it and the second item was the same wrong item with dead flowers. Then they offered a $9.00 refund i spent $28 i did use a gift card for some of it after a month of no refund refunded back to my card after 7 calls they told me that i wouldnt get anything because it was my fault that it was incorrect and i wouldnt be getting even $9.00 back i have crapy items and dead flowers and its MY FAULT on there website she told me to look and it says you order at your own risk they arent liable

Do not order you will get ripped off i wonder if id been ordering flowers for a funeral like i debated if they would have arrived dead as well just because that person couldnt judge them. That may be out of line but i honestly feel that way and no one in my family will ever order from again
