Notice of termination of card program

I obtained this card to rebuild my credit. I paid on time and I was never late. Yet I receive a letter telling me that they are discontinuing the program and that I still am obligated to pay at least the minimum payment in a timely manner. I made these payments so that they could be reported to the credit bureau. If the program is discontinued, who are they reporting to?
