Scam - charged me twice once for 1995 once for 2995 unauthorized

This company called offering a free gift card which i never recieved and a free trial of thier program. I cancelled program. They claim trial period starts while they are still sending package and that i cancelled 2 days after the trial and wont refund my money. When i first called to cancell they gave me a cancellation code i know nothing of a refund code now 2 weeks later they say the will not be a refund and i cant even talk to another rep or supervisor that this is it and i have to pay for the 2 days the full price for services i didnt use and cancelled. I hope a class action suit calls to make them pay back all that they owe to everyone as i see here on internet that i am not the only one this lying company has scamed...
