Help my man retired from state farm 6 years back.

For your first time this season he received a 1099-misc. It'll cost us $1200 in fees. Their explanation is after 5 decades

It's considered other income. It's still retirement or pension and we really should not be taxed again. Within the state of

Mich if we get a 1099r we'd not be taxed.
