Will not refund my money even within trial period

I called to cancel my membership and requested a refund. They cancelled the memership but stated there could be no refund. It is stated in the terms of agreement. I thought I was within a reasonable time frame to cancel. They offer a 7 day free trial and then offered a membership, pay monthly or yearly membership. I bought the yearly with an addional three months free.
I lost 199.00. I was within a time frame I thought was resonable to cancel and get a refund. The other company that I followed the program with did give me a full refund and confirmation number. Doba just gave me a confirmation number. It is totally unfair. Read the terms of aggreement before signing on.
