Would not provide a refund after less than 24 hours of signing up

I signed up for the 7 day free trial which Doba offers. Later the same day I got a call from Doba ofering me 15 months of service for the price of 6. I thought that this was a pretty good deal and agreed. I then received an email stating that by agreeing to the the special deal that this voided my free trial and they would not offer a refund. I thought that this information would have been nice to receive before I agreed to buy their services. When I called to cancel they informed me that by signing on to their free trial I already agreed to their terms and conditions (which no one reads). I am still trying to get a refund.
