Dishonest, fraudulant billing-ripoff business from hell

Hello,

I recieved a bill in the mail yesterday, the total being $449.88. This bill was from Alyon Technologies. It stated that it was for a number of phonecalls dialed from my phone number to an adult website over the internet. To say the least I was shocked! The first reason being because I knew I never made those calls. I have never had any interest in adult websites, nor have I, or would I ever take part in visiting them.

If this alone wern't enough it was also written out to a phony name, and then sent and billed to my address. There is no one by this name living at my current residence. As far as I know this person does not even exist.

I didn't know what to do. I felt so violated... So I decided that today I would look up Alyon Technologies over the internet to express my complaint through customer support. That's when just moments ago I came across your website. This is why I havn't written in to them yet.

After reading what others had to say I'm not sure that is the right thing to do. Accually, I am not sure what I should do now. I am surprised at how many people seem to have been ripped off by this company. Honestly, I have to admitt, I'm scared. What if these phone calls end up being on my next phonebill as well?

So I am asking... If there is someone, anyone out there who has been through a similar expierience with this company... And is willing to give me some helpful advice, it would be most appreciated. Please help, I am confused and afraid. I havn't a clue what I should do from here.
