The Owner, Mampre, is a scam artist! Don't be fooled!

The owner of Da Mincci Jewelers, Mampre, is known to "cry" about his business-how bad business has been to his customers and then makes jokes to get you to laugh. Then he shows a piece of jewelry or watch and says he will give it to you for 50% off or what he says "what I paid it" in exchange for a cash. Then after you fall into his trap and give him the cash, he heads over to Green Valley Ranch casino where he blows all the money you gave him gambling. He does not provide you with a receipt because he does not want to pay taxes. I heard that he marks up his items over 4 times and lies about how much he bought items for. I also found out after he failed to pay his suppliers, he filed chapter 11 and 7. Beware of this scam artist and loser.
