I order the Mother's Day Bouquet for my mother and paid an extra $13.95 for morning delivery. Not only did she not get her order before 12:00 noon, she got 8 white roses instead. They forgot to put the card with it to even say that it was from my husband and I. There was no greenery with the flowers. I have left two messages and rcv'd no returned calls. When I called the order line with my concerns, she hung up on me. I have never been hung up on as a customer.
