Pro Racecraft Engineering - Rich McCarren
Ripped me off for 1300.00. Rich Mccarren agreed to give me my oney back on 10-15-08 and now he's printing fony invoices to say he does'nt owe me

Rich McCarren of Pro racecraft engineering ripped me off for 1300.00. I took my race car to his chassis shop to have a roll cage put in. On 9-2-08 i gave him 800.00 as down payment for work and he did'nt even have my car at his shop yet.

On 9-22-08 he finally called me to bring my car to the shop. I then gave him another 600.00. He told me my car would be finished in a few days. A few days turned into a week, then 2 weeks and then 3 weeks.

On 10-15-08 i went to the shop to check the status of my car. While there i heard rich telling another customer about another car for sale. I was interested, so the 3 of us went to look at the car which belonged to 1 of his close friends that needed money.

After looking at the car, i decided that i wanted to purchase it. The 3 of us returned to the shop. I then told rich i wanted to buy the car, but i could only buy the car if he gave me my car back along with my money. Rich then said "ok, thats no problem. I just want to see you with a nice car. And it helps my friend out at the same time."

Rich then told me to go get my trailer so i could take my car home. I asked rich how much he would charge for cutting out to bars in my car while he had, as that was all he had done in 3 weeks that he had my car. He told me 100.00 and said he would give me 1300.00 the next day on 10-16-08.

Well its now been 5 months and i still have not recieved my money. I told him my wife wants me to sue him and he said to do what i have to do. He had stated previously that if i won in court he would'nt have to pay me because he has nothing in his name.

I posted the same thing you are reading now on a site called yellow bullet where he is a member of. He came on that site and posted a fony invoice dated for 10-18-08 and said he had given it to me when i took my car home. It was not true. I even told him he messed up because i took my car home 10-15-08 and he dated the fony invoice for the 18th.

I also posted my original invoices with his signature on then from 9-2-08 and 9-22-08. I then asked him to post my signature that should be on his invoice, of course he could'nt.

So up until the point where he posted the fony invoice, he was telling me he just didnt have the money. I have several text messages from him telling me when he would have my money.

So when he posted the fony invoice trying to state that he does not owe me the money at all, the was the point i realized he was stealing my money from me. He did not earn this money in any way except for the 2 bars that was cut from my car. He clearly is a crook and a thief.

I would not recommend any one to do business with pro racecraft engineering. I also learned that he has ripped othe people off before, many times and he has been sued before as well.
