Charged my account $88.62 for a free trial, after calling them to refund they only gave me 50% back

My Wife tried this free trial. Yeah Right!!!
They charged out account $88.62 and when we called they said they would refund the full amount in 7-10 business days. 12 Days later i called them, They have no record of our call. So, we demanded our moneyback.
They said in 7-10 business days. We would receive our 50% refund.

Yeah Right!!! We will See. I'll update in 10 Business Days.By the way they got my 60 year old Mom as well. But they wont let me talk about her account to them.
