JK Harris & Co. Ripoff ripoff liars victimized us rip-off scam

The nightmare started July when we met with a representative Mr Tim Fritz in Minneaplois we were promised a quick resolution to our tax probelm with the IRS.

At the meeting I stressed and went into great detail that when I was going through my divorce my ex-wife threw away all the IRS paper work I had no idea where we stood, also the IRS sent notice that in 60 days they were goingto garnish my wages and we needed to move on this Fritz assured me that an offer oc compromis would be submitted before the deadline - I signed up left a deposit - set up payments and left with hope that this could be resolved. 60 days later and no phone calls, nothing - the iRS moved in and took every cent we had in our checking account, wiped us out, bounced checks it was mess.

I called JK Harris and they had no record of any of our paperwork it was lost, then after three days of calling JK Harris they found some of the paperwork, but it was not complete and had no been worked on at all, been sitting on someones desk.

I requested that they fax me over the papers that were incomplete and I could fill them out and return to them asap, this took another three days and they said they would drop it in the mail.

The only way to get results from this company is to yell, bitch and scream - I finally got the papers faxed to me three days later on a Friday afternoon - fille dout and returned to them for the Crisis Team to work on WHAT A JOKE! Crisis team did nothing - I called the IRS and got them to hold off in the mean time JK Harris totally screwed up the payments that were to be drawn out our account - we had several more calls that no one responded to - What a night mare - after fighting with JK Harris for three months we got our wonderful offer of compromise! It was so full of mistakes they didn't even get the social security number wrong for the person they are submitting it for - and my name was wrong, it was full of errors in the income statement part that I filled out and they could not fill in the blank right! At this point I was so extremely mad I called and called and called and no one returned my call, I was told to make the corrections and return to them which I did registered mail so I could make sure when they recieved it. Another 30 days went by and they returned it to me and it was full of mistakes I could not believe my eyes-

I called and called again and they responded in their ususal manner after a week of phonet tag we talked I made the correction in the ink color that was exceptable to the IRS -

Now 6 months have gone by since our first meeting - THE IRS returned the offer of compromise to us saying it was rejected cause it was not complete and we need some forms to go with it. That was the last straw I called an attorney and stopped payments to JK Harris and wrote a letter per my attorney that demanded my money back - GUES what! No response! And its been 60 days.

I am trying to work with the IRS right now - I have a worse mess that whe I started and the time I have lost plus money - I have been hospitalized once due to the stressand I totally blame JK Harris for the fraud and manner they rip people off that are in need of help.
That firm should be closed and never be issued a business license again... What they have done to people is cruel and unjust. That they could not even get the paper work correct is proof what incomputence they are. They do not return phone calls, they play stupid then you ask them a direct question stating they will get back to you and they never do. It's cruel to put your trust in someone and have them make a worse mess than when we started.

JK Harris has not heard the last from me and my attorney..
