Mark cover rip me off for over $4,000

I was contacted on 10-20-08 by mark at sun property networks saying that they had a buyer for my Westgate Lakes vacation property. I wasn't surprised because I get these calls all the time so I listened to mark's sales pitch. It sounded just like you would think any timeshare resale transaction would take place he said I would have my money from the sale in two weeks but I had to do a check by phone with the ftc to secure the sale he was a smooth talker like they all are so I gave him my bank info like a dumb a! For the amount of $4595.00 and two weeks went by and no word from mark or anyone from sun property networks Its now march and still nothing from that scam of a company.

Since I haven't heard anything from this I've got with my lawyer involved to investegate this fruadjalent company my lawyer found there DBA name which is National Solutions LLC address on www.sunbiz.org it's 1650 Sand Lake rd. Orlando Fl 32809 ste. 240 They are not in boston Mass where they claim to be with there 617-207-5385 # I even got the florida Department of Agriculture to help bring this company down so they can't hurt any other family's out there with timeshares
