Desperate for Advice on Lawsuit and Fees, Close to Bankruptcy

I have written on here before, but am writing again I'm still disgusted with Bluegreen, is there any one out there that can give me some advice on how to get a lawsuit going against these liars, thieves, yes thieves because in reality they are stealing from everyone, everything has been a lie from day one with these people, somebody please write me and tell me how to get something done, short of filing bankruptcy, because I am just about there I hate paying these people one more dime of my money, they are total crooks, help, help.
