Major ripoff

I ordered a computer then decided to cancel, due to never receiving it, or getting an answer of what was going on. I then purchased a new product from there store with my store credit that they gave me. At the end of my new purchase i had 104.00 store credit left. After purchase it said you must send in a money order of 67.73 for shipping and handling. Soooooo i did, that was jan. 21. It is now march 11. And still noooooooo computer.
